Smoked Salmon and Mango Salad

Craved salad. Made salad. 

Smoked salmon and mango salad. With quartered seedless grapes, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and crumbled feta dressed in vinaigrette dressing. 

I love the fact that the nearby talipapa sells one of those hydroponic lettuces in a cup. I buy the whole plant roots and all, and all I need to do is keep the substrate in the cup moist. Also, I buy these huge Norwegian smoked salmon (1 Kg pack) and I just portion it out with my vacuum sealer. 🤤
