Iloilo City has steadily become a melting pot of culinary experiences, and the addition of Saj Hut Lebanese Restaurant is a testament to this growing diversity. With two branches conveniently located in Alta Tierra Village in Jaro and SM City Iloilo, Saj Hut brings the rich flavors of Lebanese cuisine to the heart of Western Visayas.
The menu at Saj Hut is a delightful exploration of Lebanese flavors, each dish crafted with authenticity and passion. Diners can indulge in a variety of options, from savory Shawarma wraps and tender Kebabs to hearty Biryani rice meals (don't worry if you cannot take in food that's too spicy, they generally have two sauces available). Speaking of Biryani, the portions are impressively generous, ensuring that even the heartiest of appetites are satisfied. And let's not forget the freshly made flatbread—it’s truly delicious and pairs perfectly with every dish on the menu (you can order them separately or experience them in their wraps).
For those dining in large groups, Saj Hut offers group platter options that cater to huge gatherings of friends and family. These platters are perfect for sharing and provide a wonderful opportunity to sample a wide array of flavors.
In conclusion, it’s great to have dining options like Saj Hut in Iloilo City. They not only provide a unique culinary experience but also contribute to the diverse food scene that is rapidly evolving here. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Saj Hut Lebanese Restaurant is a must-visit for a taste of Lebanon in Iloilo City.

there's a newish Lebanese resto in Maginhawa called Uncle Hussein. it's not too well patronized so when we went there for Sunday lunch the owner had to turn on the aircon and it took a while for the temp to be comfy for dining. food was ok and price was fair so i'll probably go back tho i don't eat out much as a rule
That's the great thing about the Maginhawa food scene—there seems to be always something new to check out. I personally would like to learn how to make decent soft flatbreads with a nice chew. I heard the ones made with yogurt are really nice.
