Asam pedas ikan tilapia |
So this malaysian dish isn't something that I would normally prepare at home and those that knows my sensitivity to spicy food are probably wondering why I would attempt to even make this dish. I have to say though that I haven't had this much satisfaction from a tilapia dish in a long time (I ate 2 whole tilapia fish). The sour-spicy broth was really good and went really well with steamed rice. I had no choice but to eat it with a towel on my head (to wipe my sweaty face) but it was really worth it. :)
